The city will furnish, install, maintain and connect the service line from the main to the parking strip upon payment of the charges established pursuant to MMC 13.10.050. No connection to or disconnection from the city mains or alteration in this portion of the service shall be made by any person but the water superintendent or a duly authorized city employee.
